Kylo has a small set of objects. This page defines each one and shows how they connect, so the guides and reference pages can use the words without repeating the definitions.

How the objects connect

An outbound send touches most of them in one chain. A Zoho event fires a trigger. The trigger belongs to a campaign, which names a template. Kylo runs one agent turn, the agent fills the template’s variables from the lead’s fields, and the channel sends the message. The send receipt records the result, and the reply spends credits from the workspace. The outbound pipeline: a Zoho workflow rule posts lead fields through the Kylo webhook into an agent turn, which calls the send template tool and reaches the Meta Cloud API, ending in a send receipt Inbound is shorter. A customer writes on a channel, the agent answers from its instructions and data sources, and the thread appears in Conversations.
