A campaign binds one trigger to one Active template under one agent. When the trigger fires for a lead, the campaign decides whether Kylo sends. You manage campaigns on Outbound, Campaigns. See Create a campaign for the steps.

The Campaigns page

Filters: All, Active, Paused, Stopped, Draft. Columns: Name (sortable), Channel, Template, Trigger, Sent, Failed, Status. Sent and Failed count send receipts. The list shows 5 campaigns per page and you can change that. An empty list shows No campaigns yet and “Create a campaign to send outbound messages.”

Statuses

Row actions: Pause on an Active campaign, Resume on a Paused one, and Delete on any. Deleting asks “Delete campaign” and warns that the campaign’s send history goes with it while the trigger and template stay. Only Active campaigns match an incoming event, so pausing stops sends without touching Zoho.

Receipts

Each send attempt writes a receipt for the combination of workspace, agent, campaign, and Zoho record. A receipt is IN_FLIGHT while the send runs, then SENT with Meta’s message id or FAILED with the reason. The Sent and Failed columns count them.

Deduplication

Kylo sends at most once per lead per campaign. The same lead under a different campaign sends again. Two triggers on one campaign still send once, because the check does not include the trigger.
