Before you start
- A WhatsApp connection. See Connect WhatsApp.
- A connected Zoho org with a trigger. See Create a trigger.
- A template with the status Active. See Create a WhatsApp template.
- An agent whose plan is paying. A stopped plan stops its campaigns.
- Instructions that tell the agent which Zoho field fills each variable. See Variables.
1
Open Campaigns
Open your agent, select Outbound, then Campaigns. A new agent shows No campaigns yet and “Create a campaign to send outbound messages.”
2
Select Create campaign
The Create campaign dialog opens.
3
Fill the fields
The dialog adds “The agent sends this template.” between the template and trigger fields. It means the agent makes the send call, not Kylo’s webhook.
4
Select Create
Create is enabled once every field is set. The campaign appears with the status Active. If creation fails you see the reason, for example “Pick an Active template.” See Campaigns.
5
Test it with a real lead
In Zoho, create a test lead that matches the trigger, with your own WhatsApp number in the phone field the trigger reads. When the event fires, the message arrives on your phone. Then check Sent on the campaign row.
Pause it
Open the row’s actions menu and select Pause. Kylo stops matching events for this campaign, and the Zoho rule stays in place. Resume turns it back on. See Campaigns.Next: monitor sends
Check counters, logs, and conversations.
