An integration connects an agent to a system outside Kylo. Connecting stores an encrypted credential and unlocks that integration’s tools and, for Zoho, its automations. Each agent connects its own.

Where you manage integrations

Open an agent and select Integrations. The page lists integration cards and a Search integrations field. A card shows Connect when nothing is connected, and Manage once it is.

What connecting changes

  • The matching tool group appears on Build, then Tools, and in the Playground Actions tab, only while the integration is connected. See Agent tools.
  • Disconnect removes the stored credential, and for Zoho it first removes the Kylo workflow rules and webhook actions from your org.

Zoho CRM

OAuth, data centres, scopes, and the Connection tab.

Zoho automations

The six automations that power outbound triggers.

Bright Call

Widgets, the webhook URL, and call tools.
