The plan card
The card is titled Agent plan, or No plan yet when the agent has no subscription. Its badge shows the status: Trialing, Active, Past due, Canceled, Incomplete, Unpaid, or Expired. The right side shows the credit balance with the label “credits on this agent” and the note “One credit is one outbound reply. Inbound messages are free.”
An agent runs while its status is Trialing or Active. Any other status pauses it: Playground turns are refused with “This agent is paused until the plan is paid.”, and outbound sends are skipped with
payment_required.

A banner above the card appears when the plan needs attention.Buy the plan
Buy plan and Skip trial & buy paid plan open Buy paid plan with the plan name and its price and period. If a card is on file it shows “Card on file” with the brand and last four digits, and Buy now charges it. Otherwise a card form appears and the button reads Add card. Success shows “Plan active”. A declined card shows “The card was declined. Update it under Manage billing.” Add payment method opens a dialog that saves a card with Save card and shows “Card saved”. The price, currency, and credit grant come from the plan the Kylo team approved for the agent and from Stripe, not from fixed numbers in Kylo.Credits
Credits belong to the agent. One credit is one outbound reply, and inbound messages are free. Replies on every channel spend credits, including Playground turns. The plan grants credits each paid period, and the Credits left bar shows the balance. See Usage for the spend history.When a plan stops paying
When an agent leaves Trialing or Active, its Active campaigns become Stopped. When the plan pays again they return to Active by themselves. Data sources become read-only: you cannot add, re-sync, or delete while the plan is stopped, but retrieval keeps working. See Campaigns.Manage your plan and credits
