Kylo runs AI agents on your customer channels. An agent answers WhatsApp and website chats from your instructions, reads and writes Zoho CRM records, and sends approved WhatsApp templates when a lead changes in Zoho. A workspace owns everything: agents, channel connections, integrations, conversations, credits, and billing. You create one when you sign up, and every other object in Kylo belongs to it.

Quickstart

Eight steps from sign-up to your first outbound WhatsApp send.

Connect WhatsApp

Choose between Facebook login and an access token, then connect.

Troubleshooting

Start from the symptom. Meta and Zoho claims link to the vendor docs.

What you can build

How the documentation is organized

The site has three tabs.
  • Guides walks one task at a time, from creating an account to monitoring a campaign. Each guide lists what you need first and ends with a link to the next task.
  • Product describes each part of Kylo: what it does, every field and state, and what the limits are.
  • Troubleshooting starts from what you see, such as a disconnected card or a failed send, and names the cause and the fix. Claims about Meta and Zoho link to the vendor’s own documentation.
Screens in the product change faster than screenshots. The text on each page names the exact button, tab, and field labels you see in Kylo, so search for the label when a screenshot looks different.
