Email templates

Email templates are not available yet. Nothing on this page works in Kylo today, and the Create template dialog offers only WhatsApp.

Email is planned as a channel with its own templates. See Email channel.

What is planned to be different

This table is a plan, not a description of shipped behavior. It can change.

Item	WhatsApp templates today	Email templates, planned
Subject line	Not applicable	A subject line
Body	Plain text with numbered variables, in the body, header, footer, and buttons	An HTML body
Approval	Meta reviews each template	No approval step

Until Email ships, use WhatsApp templates for outbound messages.
