Workspace

Shows the Account type (Individual or Organization) and the Workspace ID with a copy button. You can rename the workspace with Workspace name, and the id stays the same. An Organization adds Company name and Team size, and both account types have Website. An account picture upload accepts PNG, JPG, or WebP and shows in the sidebar.

Profile

Full name, Email, Mobile number, Your title (Organization) or Your role (Individual), Timezone, and Currency. Currency is read-only after sign-up. Timezone is the workspace timezone that @timezone and @current_time use in instructions. Save stores the frame and shows “Last saved”.

Notifications

Email preferences only, with no push notifications: Product updates, Agent requests (when Kylo receives, approves, or declines a request), and Credits (a warning when credits run low).

Delete workspace

The last frame says “Once you delete your workspace, there is no going back. Please be certain.” and “All your uploaded data and trained agents will be deleted.” The confirmation dialog repeats the warning.
Deleting a workspace removes its agents and uploaded data, and the action cannot be undone.

Billing details, cards, and invoices.
