Logs lists runtime events for one agent: webhooks received, agent turns, outbound sends and skips, and billing events. Open an agent and select Logs. An empty agent shows No logs yet with “Runtime lines for this agent appear here.”

The table

The tabs All, Info, Warn, and Error filter by level. Search events matches the message, the event tag, and the correlation id that ties one turn together. The list shows 10 lines per page by default.

Sources

WhatsApp, Zoho CRM, Bright Call, Agent, AI, Outbound, Billing, and System.

Filters

Select Filter to open the Filters drawer. Pick a Source (or Any source) and a Date range (Any dates). Apply shows the number of matching lines, and Reset clears both. The button shows a count when filters are active. When nothing matches the list says Nothing matches this filter: “Adjust the level, source, or query.”

Outbound skip reasons

When a Zoho event does not produce a send, Zoho CRM writes a warning that reads “Template send skipped:” and a reason. A success reads “Outbound template sent”. The reasons are tag_mismatch, payment_required, already_sent, phone_missing, template_inactive, needs_reconnect, lead_fetch_failed, and the send tool’s own reasons such as empty_slot and no_tool_call. Each is explained on How a send works.
