A failed outbound send lands on the campaign’s receipts with the error attached. These are the Meta error codes you are most likely to see, what causes each, and what Kylo does about it. The master reference is Meta’s error code table, linked at the bottom. Kylo also retries a send once when Meta answers 130429 or 131056. See How a send works for the Kylo-side reasons such as empty_slot.

Messaging limits and quality

Two Meta-side ceilings explain “sends stopped at N”:
  • New business portfolios start at 250 unique contacts per day outside the service window. The limit scales through tiers up to unlimited as volume and quality grow. Your plan’s allowed volume comes from this tier, not from Kylo.
  • Meta scores quality per phone number from user reactions such as blocks and reports. Low quality pauses templates and caps the tier; repeated pauses permanently disable a template. Kylo shows a paused or disabled template as Paused or Disabled on the Templates tab. See Messaging limits.
