Popup blocked or plain HTTP
If Facebook’s script cannot run, for example because the page is on plain HTTP or the script failed to load, Kylo opens afacebook.com popup through a redirect flow instead. Allow popups for Kylo. Meta requires HTTPS for Facebook login, so open Kylo at an https:// address.
Number already in use
Meta reports a number that another API client uses as unavailable (errors 131051 and 131060). Release it from the other provider first, or use the Access token tab with the token of the app that already holds it. Numbers in the WhatsApp Business app need Meta’s coexistence flow, which Kylo does not run. See Embedded Signup.Token invalid
On the Access token tab Kylo does not validate the token, so an invalid one connects and then fails on the first send with error 190. Generate a System User token and reconnect. See Connect with an access token and Token expiry.Still failing
Check that your Meta app is Live and your login can manage the business portfolio. Meta shows its own error text in the popup, and Kylo passes it through when it receives one.Choose a connection method
Compare Facebook login and Access token.
